I bought "Remove Ads" or a theme, but it is gone

Open the game's settings or store screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Google or Apple account you used to buy it.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Google Play or the App Store, so refunds are handled by them: Google Play refunds · Apple: Report a problem.

How do I delete my data?

We do not hold an account or game data for you; everything is on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it. To reset your advertising ID, see your device's privacy settings.
